Work Queues and Management
Work queues help organize tasks based on their progress and required actions.
Common Work Queues:
- Submission Queue: Manage incomplete submissions.
- Quotes Queue: View quotes in progress or sent.
- Action Required Queue: Tasks requiring immediate action.
- Policy Issue Queue: Manage policies ready for issuance.
Using Work Queues:
- Select a queue from the navigation menu.
- Use filters to refine tasks by date, status, or criteria.
- Tasks are color-coded:
- Green: Completed
- Yellow: Pending
- Red: Action Required
Tips:
- Save frequently used filters.
- Regularly check the Action Required Queue for urgent tasks.
