Work Queues and Management

Work queues help organize tasks based on their progress and required actions.
Common Work Queues:

  1. Submission Queue: Manage incomplete submissions.
  2. Quotes Queue: View quotes in progress or sent.
  3. Action Required Queue: Tasks requiring immediate action.
  4. Policy Issue Queue: Manage policies ready for issuance.

Using Work Queues:

  1. Select a queue from the navigation menu.
  2. Use filters to refine tasks by date, status, or criteria.
  3. Tasks are color-coded:
    • Green: Completed
    • Yellow: Pending
    • Red: Action Required

Tips:

  • Save frequently used filters.
  • Regularly check the Action Required Queue for urgent tasks.
