Attaching the Policy

  1. Once the policy has been received (or pulled from the carrier’s system), click on the Action Required workflow in Expert Insured >> Search for the Insured >> Open the account from the results.

  3. Click Attach Policy.

  5. Attach the policy documents.
    1. Click on the plus sign icon.

    3. Click Browse >> Select the Policy Documents >> Click Continue.

    5. For the Type, select ‘Policy - Insured’ >> Click Continue.

  6. Click Continue once the policy is attached in Expert Insured.

  8. Send the policy to the agent.
    1. Click on the ‘To’ link >> Select the agent’s email address.
    2. If needed, copy any additional recipients.
    3. Policy attached
    4. Click Continue to send the policy to the agent and mark the account as bound in EI.
