Impersonation

The Impersonation feature allows authorized users to access another user’s queue.

To Impersonate Another User:

1. Go to Profile > Impersonate User.
2. Enter the name of the user.
3. Confirm to proceed.

Return to Self:

1. Click Return to Self on the impersonation banner.

Sharing Impersonation Access:

1. Navigate to Profile > Sharing.
2. Add the user requiring impersonation access.
