Administrator has access to the following:

• All Admin Tool features
• All tabs under Find - Broker and Find - Carrier
• Can impersonate all users, even if access not granted
• All Reports

• All tabs under Agency, Writing Company, Insurance Company
• Can impersonate all users, even if access not granted

Branch Manager has access to the following:

• Can Delete Submission / Insured / ADMS / Documents only
• Can impersonate all users, even if access not granted
• Cannot Edit Agency Profile
• Cannot Add a new Agency in Submission Work flow
• Can only see their production in report system (If reports are not restricted to admins and managers)

Normal User has limited access in the following areas:

• Can only impersonate users if share access is granted by user
