Processing a Notice of Cancellation

  1. If a NOC is received from the carrier, go to Create >> Cancellation Notice.
  2. Create Cancellation Notice
  3. Search for the insured using the policy number or name >> Select the applicable result >> Click Continue.

  5. Enter the Cancellation Effective Date listed on the NOC document >> Select the Reason for Cancellation >> Click Attach Notice.

  7. Attach the NOC.
    1. Click on the plus sign icon next to the NOC section.

    3. Click Browse >> Select the NOC Document >> Click Continue.

    5. For the Type, select Cancellation Notice >> Click Continue.

  8. Once the document is attached, click Send.

  10. Send the NOC to the agent.
    1. Click on the ‘To’ link >> Select the agent’s email address.
    2. If needed, copy any additional recipients.
    3. Click Send.
