Processing a Notice of Cancellation
- If a NOC is received from the carrier, go to Create >> Cancellation Notice.
- Search for the insured using the policy number or name >> Select the applicable result >> Click Continue.
- Enter the Cancellation Effective Date listed on the NOC document >> Select the Reason for Cancellation >> Click Attach Notice.
- Attach the NOC.
- Click on the plus sign icon next to the NOC section.
- Click Browse >> Select the NOC Document >> Click Continue.
- For the Type, select Cancellation Notice >> Click Continue.
- Once the document is attached, click Send.
- Send the NOC to the agent.
- Click on the ‘To’ link >> Select the agent’s email address.
- If needed, copy any additional recipients.
- Click Send.
