Processing a Notice of Reinstatement

  1. If a NOR is received from the carrier, go to Create >> Select Reinstate or Rescission Notice.

  3. Search for the insured using the policy number or name >> Select the applicable result >> Click Continue.

  5. Enter any applicable Notes >> Click Attach Notice.
  6. NOR
  7. Attach the NOR document.
    1. Click on the plus sign icon next to the NOC section.

    3. Click Browse >> Select the NOR document >> Click Continue.

    5. For the Type, select Reinstatement Notice >> Click Continue.

  8. Once the NOR is attached, click Send.

  10. Send the NOR to the agent.
    1. Click on the ‘To’ link >> Select the agent’s email address.
    2. If needed, copy any additional recipients.
    3. Click Send.
