Steps:
- Search for the insured via Find.
- Open the Policies Tab in the insured’s record.
- Review details under:
- General Info
- Policy Details
- Notes
- Documents
Endorsement Posting
Endorsements impact policy terms, coverage, or premium.
Endorsement Rules:
- No Premium Change: No invoice is generated.
- Direct Bill: Updates are sent to accounting but may require manual review.
- Agency Bill: Generates invoices for agents or brokers.
