Updating the Agent of Record / Broker of Record

1. Look up the current Agent.
1. From the Home page of Expert Insured, go to Find >> Select Agency.

2. Enter the Agency Name >> Click Search.

3. Highlight the Agency in the results >> Click Select.

2. Go to the Policies tab.

3. Select the applicable policy/policies >> Select the new AOR/BOR >> Click Change BOR.

1. Click OK.
