Steps to Issue Carrier-Issued Policies

  1. Navigate to the Carrier Issuance Queue.

  1. Select the policy requiring issuance.
  2. Attach the following:
    • Carrier-provided policy document
    • Supporting endorsements or terms (if applicable)

  1. Categorize the documents:
    • Agent Copy
    • Insured Copy
    • Company Copy
  2. Optionally Bypass Carrier Sending if direct delivery is not required.
  3. Send the finalized policy to agents or insureds.
