Cancellations
Intent to Cancel
Use Intent to Cancel to initiate policy cancellations.
Steps:
- Go to Create > Cancellation Notice.
- Search for the policy using:
- Policy Number
- Insured Name
- Enter the Effective Date and Cancellation Reason.
- Attach a Cancellation Notice document.
- Send the cancellation notification to the carrier and agent.
