Steps to Cancel or Reinstate Policies

To Cancel a Policy:

1. Go to Create > Cancel/Reinstate Endorsement.

2. Locate the policy using Insured Name or Policy Number.
3. Enter the Effective Date and Cancellation Reason.

4. Verify the Prorated Premium (adjust if required).

5. Attach the cancellation notice.

6. Send notifications to carriers and agents.

To Reinstate a Policy:

1. Follow the same steps as cancellation.
2. Update cancellation details to reflect reinstatement.
3. Attach the reinstatement document and finalize.
