Declining Submissions

Declining submissions notifies the agency that the policy cannot proceed.

Steps to Decline a Submission:

  1. Open the submission.

  1. Select Decline from the Rating Options Page.

  1. Choose a Decline Reason from the dropdown.

  1. Add notes (optional).

  1. Send a Declination Email to the agency.
